FastPass+ Idea: Extra fast passes to control park population

So, what if too many people go to MK on Monday for no other reason than it's Monday?

What if the fpp system offered first come first serve fast passes in excess of the norm (like 4 or 5 - or two top tickets) to get people out to other parks.

This seems incredibly easy to implement, would preserve consumer choice while decongesting the parks.

Would you be for it?

No, because if I were visiting MK then my plans would include dining reservations at MK.

Also, how would the second park cope with additional numbers as the allocation and availability of FP is based upon the attractions capacity with a set number of guests per hour / day ?
