Prolly a refurb and repaint. They're going around the smaller kiosks and such and setting up walls everywhere lately. Last week or so the had similar walls up around the slushie station near Test Track. This week, they're gone.

But they've just constructed it - it won't need repainting yet.
My guess is something electrical - perhaps they discovered a fault in the wiring and the screens are to keep the public safe while its repaired.

True. I usually wait about 5-7 minutes to get a FastPass.
