What is the procedure now for getting a fast pass after using the 3 ????

You are able to get ONE more. Use it, then get ONE more. The availability of the more popular FP+ and time slots gets more and more limited as the day progresses. You eventually may have choices for attractions that may not be ones you want.

But always check, I have gotten all the big rides at all times of the day, you just need to keep refreshing the app and different things come up, now on the busiest days of the year it might not, but most others it will

I recommend using your first 3 fastpasses as early as possible so you can continue to get more. Also when your 4th fastpass is at 1:00 to 2:00, you can get in line at 1:00 and then immediately get a 5th for 1:05. Some days I get like 12-15 fastpasses.

Exactly. Open the app as soon as you are past the Fastpass checkpoint.
