Fast Pass + ?

My family and I are going to be in Disney Sept. 21-28. I was listening to a WDW podcast and they were discussing the new fast pass system. If I understand correctly you will be allowed to "reserve" 2-3 fast pass attractions up to 60 days prior to your arrival. My ? is, if you participate in the fast pass + can you still take advantage of the regular fast pass stations while in the park? We typically use more than 2 fast passes while touring the parks, and I am wondering if we should opt out and just use the regular fast passes? Thanks!!

This is a moving target.. no one can answer precisely as its changed from test to test. At this point, if you want more FPs... your best option is to turn down any offers to participate in FP+ testing if offered.

Disney hasn't said what they're doing with the regular FPs when this FPP thing becomes official, so nobody knows.

My guess is that they will remove all the old FP machines when (or shortly after) they implement this. I think they'll also do it without an announcement. But I'm just speculating and don't know any more than anyone else.

During testing, you could get more FPs by doing it the old way. If more is your goal, don't agree to be part of the testing. :)
