Fast pass Question

I apologize if this is somewhere on the forum, I have been searching for a while and cannot locate the answer.

My family has decided that on one of our park days we are going to try and hit a major attraction or two in each of the four parks all in one day. Plan is to go on a day we get FoP for a morning FP. The reason we would not do a second ride there is that they are all in the back of the park and that is a lot of walking.

Here is the question:

When we use the first fast pass on FoP, what will our options be when we leave and go to the next park? Will we be able to get a top tier FP, or would we have to waste the next two on smaller rides to get the fourth one available to be any tier?

Ideally we would like to hit up at least one on the Mountains at MK if not two, Test Track or Soarin at Epcot if not both and then pretty much any ride at HS

Once you tap into FoP, you could immediately book any ride at all at two further parks.

When you park hop and don’t pre-book all your initial three FPs, the tiers don’t apply between different parks, but they do apply within one park. Once you have used all three, you can book whatever you like.

So you could book a tier 1 at Epcot and a tier 1 at DHS. And once you’d ridden both you could then book a further tier 1.

But if you booked two at Epcot, only one could be a tier 1. But once you’d used both at Epcot you could book a further tier 1 there.

The rules are great for park hopping, although the availability at DHS will now be questionable. Slinky, Smuggler’s Run and MMRR in tier 1 are all likely to be hard to get. But ToT or RnR will likely be possible and still worthwhile for thrill seekers.

Hope it was clear. If you just book FoP you can book the next two as soon as you tap in. Sometimes people miss that bit!

If you only book 1 in advance then as soon as you tap in for that one you can go on the app and look for up to 1 tier 1 and 1 tier 2 or 2 tier 2's at the next park.

Is this another "work around"?
Because you're only supposed to be able to book more at one park not two.
I've never seen when I was at HS and only booked TSM that I could book a Soarin and then book an FOP at once.

What do you mean a “workaround”? And where do you get this “you’re only supposed to book at one further park”? MDE allows it. Since the summer of 2016.

You go in to book your second FP and choose park A, get FP.

And then go in again to book your third FP and choose park B, get FP.

Did you actually try to choose a different park for your third? Once you book your second, you start again and choose whatever park you want.

You can only book at one park in advance, but on the day you can definitely book at two further parks. The procedure is well documented.
