Fast pass + parades?

Just a quick question. I have booked my FP+'S a week ago and then I was reading a port on Facebook and a comment got me worrying.

I did not book FP for the parades but someone mentioned that you needed to to it on a comment. Now my question is we can still sit on Main Street and wait for the parades and also fireworks can't I?

Yes, you can still watch the parades and fireworks without FP+. There are select viewing areas that are roped off as FP+ only but there are plenty of other places for you to watch on Main Street that are not reserved. IMHO don't book them for FP+ and use your 3 FPs for attractions that rack up substantial wait times.

I get to book my FP+ in about a month. I have to say that I'm getting a little stressed out. Last year, when we were there in October, I had pre-booked FP+ but were also able to still get paper FP. It seems like I will need to think much more strategically this year.
