Seems they are testing it now and not next week, tried to change fast pass+ and found could not make one for toy story & rock-roller coaster

You are surprised by this ?, This scenario was predicted by many on this board months ago, With the demand for these attractions far exceeding supply there will be no changes possible to FP- reservations to popular attractions once made even though the option exists. You probably will be able to trade down to the level 2 attractions but forget about trading a E-Ticket for another E-Ticket day of.
