Fast and Furious

I have always wondered why Universal don't have a fast and furious ride or even show at their parks (not including that kuka arm scene on the tour). It's one of their biggest franchises and is filled with potential! I have always pictured it as a spiderman/transformers type ride but I would hate for the parks to fill up with those.

So what do you guys think would be cool as a ride system and a story?

There appeared to be a Speedway-ish attraction in the concept art for the indoor Russian park. Could be F&F. We'll see what happens.

I think part of the reason is that movies based on current car culture trends are going to become almost instantaneously dated.
And not in a good, nostalgic kind of way, but in a "Who in their right mind would dump so much money into a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse?" kind of way.

I recall hearing that a F&F attraction was originally proposed as a replacement to BTTF, but when they were able to license the Simpsons, they went with that instead.

Personally, I think Fast and Furious done like RSR would make a great attraction.

it would of worked okay in the BTTF ride system, but I feel that is more for feeling of flight. a F&F ride should make you feel grounded yet unsafe.
