hey, anyone know if Disney plans on making any of the older attractions have FASTPASS? I mean when it was first announced Disney had older attractions for FASTPASS. But now they only add FASTPASS if the attraction is brand new? Anyone get what im saying? The real question is:

Do you think Disney will only put FASTPASS on brand new rides or old ones too if they become real popular?

At most.. I would vote for "old ones too if they become real popular" otherwise I would say only new d or e ticket rides. Just look at Disneyland. They're planning on cutting back on the number of Fastpass attractions because they have too many.

The only other ride/attraction that is rumored to be getting Fastpass is Indy Race Cars. Disneyland had Fastpasses everywhere and they failed by creating too much of a good thing. Streets were overly crowded instead of stand-by lines absorbing the masses. Rides like PotC will never need it because the queue line is long and the ride is constantly loading. Other rides like Dumbo or Astro Orbiters cannot have it because the capacity is limited and the load/unload is slow.

Rides may be popular in one place and dead in another. Pooh is dead in DL but very popular in Tokyo Disney and WDW

I remember that Peter Pan's Flight was added to the FP list after it was started. I don't remember what year it was added, but it wasn't one of the first rides to do it.

I do know that for a while last spring they had the Playhouse Disney show FP because LM was in rehab. It was interesting to see...if I"m not mistaken now, Playhouse Disney has a FP of its own. I'll find out in 3 weeks if I'm right! :)

They only put FastPass in where lines are at least 60 minutes long throughout the day, or where they can force "regular" riders to wait so long that their kids scream until they buy something in the end-of-the-ride shop. :hammer:

Seriously, though, I don't expect FP to be installed on anything else for a while. There aren't any rides with the demand to warrant it.

Does anyone know if Stitch's Great Escape will have Fastpass?

yes, stitch will have Fastpass

So will E:E, Soarin', and i think The Motor Stunt show.

I hope FP gets put in on certain attractions, but the FP would operate seasonally. PotC is one of them. During the peak seasons, FP would be a life-saver. Dumbo would be another example, but it is a low capacity ride, so it will probally never see FP. I don't think Small World will get FP when it reopens, although there are times that i wish it had FP. Playhouse Disney does not have FP, according to www.disneyworld.com They have disscussed putting FP on this show, but it has not happened.
