I haven't been on the ride for awhile. There are definitely hidden speakers near the various talking characters. However, I seem to remember a lot of speakers hidden in the rock work closer to the boats. The one that pops to mind is the bed scene. I remember seeing speakers in the rock barriers in front of the scene. I was hoping I could find some pictures, but no luck.
