FAQ for Fast Pass+

Been a long time since I been to Walt Disney World, which is ok from what I gather all they did is expand Fantasy Land?

Anyway also browsing I read about FastPass+, you do not have paper FastPasses anymore?

I wonder is there a FAQ?
How do they work? (You get access to a webpage? Reserve your FastPass+ from the web page?)
Who gets them? (Got to buy a package from Disney?)
How to the get them? (Do they ship international?)

If there is a FAQ, please point me to it.

1) Paper FP are a thing of the past
2) Visit the Disney web pages and sign up for MDE
3) Anyone with a valid park admission - no need to stay onsite
4) You don't get them - there's nothing physical to grasp hold of. Once booked online, the FP are stored in your MDE account and you just stroll up to the FP entrance at your chosen time and swipe the wrist band. You can book your FP at 60 days if staying at a WDW Resort, or at 30 days if staying elsewhere
