I'm planning on going to DLP in the last week of April, will Fantillusion be running at that time, also, what is the weather likely to be like at that time of the year.

Hey!
From what I understand Fantillusion has been put away until summer season - July. However as with the Main St. Elec parade, they used to put this on on weekends only when it was mid season, which is what April time is.
Best way to check is at DisneylandParis.com , they have an events guide for the year ahead!!!!

as Colin already said: Fantillusion goes on hiatus after the 21st of March till early July.
This is the "usual" schedule for night time parades at the Disneyland Resort Paris and is determined by the fact that the park closes year round at 8.00 pm except for July/August when it stays open till 11.00 pm (and New Year's Eve when it is open till 02.00 am). Unfortunately it is not dark enought at 8.00 pm on a normal day after the end of March / before November.
