This is old news. They've been meaning to do this for years, actually.

I remember going up there when I worked in Fantasyland. Although the building is rotting and there's nothing but critters up there, it's still beautifully detailed.

Great find, but we've actually been talking about this permit on the SW Land thread for some time now.
