Fantasmic! Dinner Package Question

Hello everyone,

I just booked the Fantastmic! Dinner Package with the Hollywood Brown Derby for late next month. I just had a couple of questions about it:

1) Exactly how much is it? All I could find were ranges for how much HBD costs.

2) Is there a limited menu at the HBD for those that get the Dinner Package.

3) Is it something where you choose an app, an entree and a dessert or is the package really just a guarantee of a good seat for the show and you just go and order whatever you want and you pay a premium for the perk?

4) Reserved it for 5:10 with a show time of 8:30. It states that we should be there 30-45 min before the show starts so I'm thinking 2.5 hours should be enough, right?!

Thanks so much!

1. The price I'm finding is $58 for adults and $18 for children.

2. I believe there are some restrictions to the menu but I'm not 100% sure.

3. The package includes dinner and tax plus a "ticket" to Fantasmic. The only thing it doesn't include is gratuity.

4. That should be PLENTY of time. They know you're going to Fantasmic since you booked the package so they'll make sure you're out in time to get there. Even so, I can't imagine dinner taking over 1.5 hours.

brown derby is the only fantasmic package that is ala carte. the others have set/usual price. it is no higher than for the same meal not on a fantasmic package. it is offered as disney's way of getting customers into their restaurants at off hours.
you may order anything you'd like at brown derby and you pay the menu price. when you are seated, they already know that you have booked the fantasmic deal and give you an entrance ticket to fantasmic while you are at your table.
i have not tried just ordering an appetizer/dessert and cheap-ing out to see if you need to order an entree to qualify for the fantasmic seating section. then again, i can't imagine going into brown derby and not eating a full meal. the food is wonderful. enjoy it, and order whatever you like.
to avoid confusion, yes, there used to be a prix-fix meal you had to make you selections from. that has not been for several years

Thank you very much! This is what I was seeing in researching it but then the previous responses just confused me. I'm very much looking forward to this.

Thanks again!
