Fall discount

The offical Disneyworld site has an expired offer on their page. That says up to 30% off for fall for stays between October 3rd- something but it says 2014 NOT 2015. Shouldn't they still have to offer it?

I checked the site on two different browsers and could not find an expired offer. There is U.S. Military offer that states beginning in Fall 2014 but the offer is valid through October 3, 2015.

Like any discount that Disney offers, there is the legal stipulation that reads The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited. Once those rooms are booked, the discount no longer applies. Disney does not have to honor a sold-out or expired offer.

I believed you when you when you said you saw the fall 2014 offer; what browser are you using? Neither Chrome nor Safari is displaying that old offer.

But back to your original question, Disney does not have to honor a discount offer from Fall 2014, especially since that promotion had end dates. The current offer for fall 2015 is free dining; if you are looking for a room discount Disney *may* have a fall room discount promotion, which would appear once the current summer room discount period is over.
