Fairy Meet and Greets

Very sorry if this has already been discussed elsewhere but i am trying to find out where Tinkerbell and friends are moving to/have moved to, in epcot ??
I have seen them in an outside Location but wondered if anything more permanent and indoors is being planned/built ?

I believe they are now near Mouse Gear, in EPCOT. Here's the article on the new M&G:
