Fairy Godmothers in Training

I was looking over a navigator from last year for the cruise I will be taking this year. I saw something about visiting a fairy godmother in training to get sparkles in your hair or something. Does this still happen on the Dream or was this before they got BBB? I would love for my daughter to get sparkles in her hair and not have to do the whole BBB thing (she doesn't like how they do her hair ). Does anyone know anything about this?

This is a pixie dusting. Sometimes if the BBB isnt busy the fairy godmothers in training at the check in desk will dust you! It's quite fun and free! and can also be done at the BBB in Disney Springs.
