Fairfield Inn

Hi there :wave:

Has anybody stayed at the Fairfield Inn at Marriott Village in Lake Buena Vista recently??

We are visiting WDW in April 2007, staying offsite and this hotel is coming in at a very good price. We have previously stayed at the Comfort Inn LBV and I fancy a change this time.

Any comments woiuld be appreciated.

There have been a couple threads about this in the forum, so you can look there are well.
But, we stayed there last May and enjoyed it very much. Just down the street from the entrance (DTD side) and from an outlet mall. They have a full contenential breakfast, everything but eggs, bacon, etc the courtyard, next door, has a full buffet breakfast, but you have to pay for it. The rooms were nice and clean, as was the lobby.
I will definitely stay there again.

I too have stayed here. It has an above average breakfast buffet and bedding, internet access. It's pretty well-maintained, you can use the other hotels pools, and there is a little Starbucks/food market place in the Village areas. Plus it's right down the street from the Orlando Premium Outlets which has a Character Premiere for discount WDW goodies.
