Face character question

Does anyone know, are the face characters allowed to speak to a video?
Meaning, I have friends that have twin 3.5 year old girls, and I thought a nice surprise for them would be sending them a cell phone video of Cinderella or Snow White saying hello to them.

I don't see why not. Plenty of things like that on youtube...and they had no trouble saying hi to the camera when I record them on trips.

Awesome, glad to hear that. The kids'll really get a kick out of it I think.

I'm pretty certain they can. I saw a great video of a couple that went to WDW w/o their kids. They made a video of all of their M&Gs and had the various characters say hi to their kids. I know the face characters all spoke on video.

They 100% can.

Ditto. I've seen some online videos (made by relatives or friends of a child who was going to be visiting WDW for the first time a few months later), in which face characters gave personal greetings and "see you soon" messages to the child by name.

I had all the princesses sign an extra autograph book for my neice, who was going to WDW a few months after we did, as a gift for her. They all wrote lovely, "we can't wait to meet you"-type messages in it.
