Extra Magic Hours evening wristband locations?

Hello all. Forgive me if this has been posted (I did look and didn't see it). I understand there are multiple locations to get your wristband for Extra Magic evening hours. We are going to do EMH evenings at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Can anyone share their experience getting the wristbands? Is it a piece of cake or a crowded hassle? Any location(s) better than others?

It is easy to get the wristbands - there are several locations throughout the park starting about an hour before park closing- you'll see CM's standing around with signs... there are also wristband locations right next to the front entrance... It's a great program and the evening hours are my favorite - especially if you stay that last hour... it really dies out and you can ride everything (that's open) with little or no wait at all! I love the new program!

Just your hotel key (if you are already inside the park) and both your ticket (to get in) and then your hotel key - once you are there...

that's why people that sneak extra people into the rooms can't enjoy the EMH - each person has to have a key - including children - they give the parents enough key's for the entire room... and you have to present all of them when getting your wristbands.

Exact locations are...

Magic Kingdom
1. Right below the Mickey Flower garden in front of the Train Station at Main Street
2. Outside the Timekeeper in Tomorrowland
(those are the only two I know of...there are more, but I can't remember where we saw them at)

EPCOT
1. Between the "twin towers" in the Showcase Plaza
2. Breezeways of Innoventions
3. Spaceship Earth (I think...)
(again, there are more but I would have to find my EMH guides to tell you the others...and I have no idea what my mom did with them)

how do they police the extra magic hour at night? Do they kick everyone out?

i'm sort of confused on this

I guess you could still shop all you want without the wristband, but you will not be able to go on any rides or see any attractions without the wristband after the park closes to non-resort guests.

When you get on a ride, you have to show your wristband, sometimes even to 2 different people. If you don't have one, they will either make you leave or let you on but require that you leave after the ride or immediatly get a wristband. We were at AK for later hours one night and we were gettin ready to get on the Triceretop Spin...the people in front of us didn't have wristbands so the lady told them they could ride but they had to get wristbands after the ride. She showed them were to get them and what do show to get them (they were Hispanic so she kept pointing to me and my family as an example cuz we were right behind them...). So I guess they ended up getting them, I'm not sure though.

To get them, you show your card (for us, our card was our resort ticket and our park hopper/premium ticket. It's really simple. Just hop in line, show the card(s), and they put a wristband on you! Then you find a EMH Guide...it tells what rides stay open late, then ride what you want to! At MK we had practically the whole park to ourselves on late hours night. It was EMH from 10 PM to 1 AM so most ppl didnt stay becuase it was too late for them or they had lil kids that wouldn't make it. So it was not crowded at all! The longest we waited for a ride that night was Space Mountain for about 10 minutes I think. It was great!

This past wednesday night, we stayed for the EMH at the Magic Kingdom, MK was open until 3am, although we didn't make it that long. We were able to get out wristbands just outside the Snow White ride, it was very easy, no line and all we had to do was show our room keys.

I need help. The Disney web site shows Extra Magic Hour being available from March 20 thru March 31 at the Magic Kingdom. Is this correct information or is it a computer problem at Disney?
