My family has been planning a vacation to Disney for almost a year now. We reserved a studio and a 3 bedroom suite at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas using our Disney Vacation Club points. We also booked a group ticket rate with Continental Airlines for a flight from Cleveland to Orlando. Then we had a few family problems leading to a hand full of people not wanting to go. This means that we now have a EXTRA studio room at the Boardwalk that we can not cancel because it is too late in our use year. So, this means we have to do something with it. Here is our offer.

The trip is October 12th to the 18th, 2003. That’s a Sunday through Saturday. The 13th is Columbus day, so no school for the kids. The flight is leaving Cleveland on flight 671, Sunday October 12th at 12:45pm and arriving at 3:04pm. The return flight is leaving Orlando on flight 1870, Saturday October 18th at 2:00pm and arriving at 4:19pm. We have 2 extra tickets on these flights to complete our group of 10 tickets that we already paid for. The only thing we must have is a name for the tickets by Friday the 12th of September.

So here's the deal. 2 plane tickets from Cleveland to Orlando on the dates listed above and a Studio room at Disney's Boardwalk Villas from October 12th to the 18th for $600. The $600 is the cost of the 2 plane tickets to complete our group so as we do not have to pay extra for the trip. The room is basically free. Disney usually charges $329 per night for this room ($1974 total for the 6 nights) but it is currently sold out. If you choose not to use the plane tickets and just use the room, that is fine, we just have to pay for the plane tickets.

Please e-mail me with any questions you might have at tribefan@apk.net . Once again, this is something we have to do quickly this week, for the plane ticket purpose. Thanks for your help!
