Unless something has changed since May/June, only Tomorrowland and Fantasyland were open for early hours.
We had to wait at a rope for Adventureland and Frontierland to open. During after hours, many more things are open.

Thanks, I'm hoping the mine train is, we booked our trip only a few days ago for the first week of November and as of right now there are no FB available.

SDMT was operating on a delayed opening the morning we were there for EMH in June. This happens a lot from what I understand. They were allowing guests to line up, and saying they hoped to have it operating within 30 minutes. I don't know exactly when it started running because we didn't get in line, but it was definitely longer than 30 minutes.
