Externships

Hi everyone,
I know there are a few CMs on here and I thought maybe someone maybe of help to me regarding Disney externships. I am getting ready to start my final year of veterinary school and have the oppurtunity to do 3 week externships. I know disney has the college program, but does anyone know if they have externships for professional school? I'd love to work at either animal kingdom or the living seas along side a veterinarian. I'd appreciate any info

Well, Disney recently launched the professional internship program (they basically lifted all of the CP Advanced Internships out of the college program and made them their own department). Several of the internships deal with animal science, specifically at the Living Seas. However, these are much longer than 3 weeks--usually 6 months. You might try e-mailing the Professional Internships department at questions@disneyinterns.com to see if you can set something like this up. Good luck! :wave:

How about checking with SeaWorld to see if they have a program too, in case Disney's doesn't work out for you, at least then you'll be close to WDW and can visit.
