Extended MK park hours Sat Jan 18

I just noticed WDW has extended the MK park hours for this day and has *2* SpectroMagic! parades that evening.

Any ideas why the hours changed? Is attendence expected to be high?

(Cuz' I'm going to be there!! 2 SpectroMagics -- what luck!!)

Monday is MLK day. A lot of schools have the day off. Larger crowds should be expected at WDW.

That's what I thought -- but it surprised me WDW didn't change the hours until just this week.

Turkey Leg Boy -- still low attendence, though? We got *excellent* AP discounts at the Beach Club when we booked in early December.

(Just trying to level set my expectations as we've never visited in January.)

They change hours around a lot. IF they see higher bookings at their resorts or expect higher crowds they will add preformances or legnthen hours.

Well your going to be lucky for extra hours, but same with alot of kids that have no school that day! Have Fun!
