Maybe.
Maybe.
Have a great time.

It really depends, crowds are usually lower in comparison to other times, however HHN will be in full swing on the weekend and it is a huge local draw. Because this is a hard ticket event the parks will be closing earlier that they normally do. Depending on the ages of your group HHN can be a lot of fun, DO NOT BRING KIDS! Potter will also be new so crowds should be up overall. Are you staying on UNI property?

Was thinking of going October 19 to 24 3 day park to park ticket

No my kids are only 6 and 4 to young for that

Was considering HRH but only club level left

And RPR has no stay and save rates
So I was considering Cabana Bay, which why I was asking if I need Express Pass

Thanks

Gut feeling is if you hit it on Monday and Tuesday with a clean up day on Thursday I think you will be okay unless your kids want to ride Minion Mayhem all day long. Do make sure you get to the Studios early in order to get a sub 60 minute wait for Minion Mayhem. Did you look into Portofino?

If you're not staying on property, I suggest going to the parks and getting a feel for the crowds- it's so hard to predict! Then, if you need it, buy it- remember there is an unlimited and a one ride EP. They are really pricey- makes the hotels that much better of a deal :)
