Okay I was always under the impression that EMH were only for resort guests, but recently on here I saw a thread that said something about people getting wristbands for it. Now are the wristbands exclusively for resort guests or do they allow a certain number of non-resort guests to stay???

Wristbands are for Resort guests, you have to show resort ID to obtain 1.
Essentially they wont throw people without wristbands out of the parks, but the attractions wont let them in without them.
