Well its going to be timed to coincide with the grand opening of EE, so its a sensible timeframe for maximum impact.

ive got a lot of time to get Tivo for this one.

im sure someone will bounce this thread or start many more when april nears..... that is a long way off for the momery bank.

Wow, looks like it will be an impressive documentary. I can't wait to see it. So, according to the press release, the Yeti is based off a gigantic Golden Monkey. Cool.

Edit: after doing a Google image search, Golden Monkeys look exactly like all of the reports we've been hearing about the Yeti (just a good deal smaller in real life :) ) It also looks like the perfect model for the Yeti. This AA figure is going to be really cool.

Thanks for the tip, Steve. Should be a good show, although I'm sure it will pale to the threads and threads of banter that will pop up here once the soft openings start. (kidding :D ).

Presumably this is on American TV Networks and not The Travel Channel available to UK Sky satellite subscribers

I'm fairly certain that he's referring to "The Travel Channel," which is part of the US's Discovery Networks. Not sure if the channel here is the same one across the pond.
