In Tashi's Trek and Tongba shop there's a small Yeti plush that has Mickey ears on. The other Hidden Mickey is also in that store. It's three rolls of film together. pretty good ones. :D

There are 6 Hidden Mickeys on Everest!

I've ridden the ride over 100x (No, the record is nearly 800 at this time). The first Hidden Mickey is in the Fast Pass Line in the base of the Chrome Kerosene Lamp (the second 'artifact cage'). Turn your head to the left and you will see 3 'dents' in the shape of Mickey in the chrome.

The next Hidden Mickey is when you go up the steep hill (through the steep 'tunnel' when you go up the hill). When you are going up the hill - and if you are siting on the left side - look at the shiny, black paint just over your head on the LEFT side about 75% of the way through the tunnel. You will see two 'swirls' with a third, bigger 'swirl' just below it in 'sherpa' colors (with teeth). You'll probably need to look 'over' your left shoulder to see it. That's the second hidden Mickey.

The third Hidden Mickey is in the fascade of the 'tunnel' as you go up the steep hill (I have yet to see it).

Hidden Mickeys 4-6 are located in the 'dark' portion of the ride. I've looked for them over 100x and still cannot find them. I am convinced that they are NOT in the 'shadow' portion of the ride but still cannot find them. They exist in the few 'Yeti' seconds of the ride.

- The information about the '6' was given to me second-hand from a man who spoke with the ride's designer - the designer waited outside the ride during the initial 5-6 weeks. Yes, there were 'kinks' to be worked out. Yes, the ride has been slowed down (especially between the 2 'tugs' when the ride starts going backwards. Yes, the back of the ride feels MUCH, faster (especially in this specific ride). Yes, my lap bar did malfunction during my Yeti portion of the ride during the sneak pre-view. Yes, the lap bar has been MUCH improved and I am fully confident in it.

- For fun, the designer told me to look at the name on the expedition 'patches' located below where you look at the photos they snap before you take the big 'drop.'

Also (FYI), Some additional Hidden Mickeys for the rest of you:

1) In the 'Tree of Life' on the left side of the Handicapped area: 1 Hidden Mickey each 'piece' (ear/head) about silver dollar in size - above head level, looks like three dark smudges;

2) In the Epcot 'boat' ride, after the hydroponics, in the experiment station: look at the picture on the test tube (Hidden Mickey again);

3) In the Hanted Mansion, in the room just before you are warned about picking up 'hitch-hikers': the 'spirit all the way on the right is holding a de-capitated 'Hidden Mickey' Head;

Also,

FYI: They just added a gravestone in the Hanted Mansion (For Mr. Toads Happy Ride) all the way in the Pet Cemetary Back Left.

FYI: No one- to date - has posted all 9 reasond for the demise of the cat (and its 9 lives) in the Hanted Mansion Pet Cemetary. (You will need a telephoto and the ability to blow it up even from 5 feet away).

FYI: In Buzz Lightyear, look at the 'Moon' in the room where they take your picture. Voila! Another Hidden Mickey (My 4 y.o. son spotted that easy one);

FYI: The Stitch Ride has a character-by-character translation from 'Stitchian to English.' Translate the words throughout the ride for a 'hidden' clue for a special 'treat' at Disney. You will probably need a camcorder for this. The first 100 people who translate this get a 'special privelage' at Disney for life until they change this.

FYI: Philharmagic has 12 Hidden Mickeys at last count.

ENJOY!!!!

Oh, I forget 6 other Hidden Mickeys

1) Look of the wooden skeleton stiing on the right side of the Rockin' Rollercoaster 'recording' room. Mickey 1 is the 'eyes and nose' of the skelleton.

2) The skelleton's left ear is also a Hidden Mickey (2).

3) Several (not so hidden) Hidden Mickeys are located in the Rockin Rollercoaster 'Waiting Area' after you go through the scaffolding (and in front of you before you take a right to board the ride) and are in the form of Mickey 'stickers.'

4) In the Tower of Terror (in the 'twilight zone room') you will see one over the entrance door to tat room in the 'fruit.'

5) In the 'boiler room' basement of the Tower, look at the 3 covers near the bottom of the first boiler.

AND

6) In the Peter Pan ride, in the second picture on the left after you enter, look at the bow an the head of the girl in the picture (smaller than 'dime-sized'), the black bow is likely the smallest Hidden Mickey at the Magic Kingdom.
