It's tall enough to see from just outside AK, in the parking lot

Does Size Matter?

There doesn't seem to be a lot of track in the main body of the mountain. Is there going to be a "show building" hidden behind the mountain (like Splash Mtn)? Or is everything going to be either out in the open or in that small mountain (like Big Thunder)?

Hopefully it won't be too short of a ride.

i dont think there could be a show building b/c of all the different veiws you can see the mtn from.....disney would have to do a UNBELIEVABLE job of hiding it

The show building is in the mountain

I like being able to see it from the parking lot. That adds a certain amount of anticipation.

Obviously, you can see it from Kali. Can you see it from any part of the safari (say, in the Savannah)? Where else can you unexpectedly see it from?

I thought you would see it more from outside the park. Here you can just see the peak, but when you drive by Disney MGM Studios, you really see half of the Tower and it is so amazing.

Once it's done, it looks like you should be able the mountaincap from a distance. You have to imagine, if you can see the steel frame from a distance, the mountain top is going to be maybe another 10-20 feet over that.

Realize the Tower of Terror is also close to the road, and Everest is quite far back from the parking lot. It is all based on perspective. If Everest were close to any roads, it would appear that large, too.
