Expansion completion

Disney has a lot going on for the future. My family is in early stages of planning a future trip. We would like to go whent he following is completed:

Cars Land
Villans Land
Encanto Land
Monsters Inc. Land

Any rough ideas when this is all going to be completed? 2028 maybe? Would love to hear peoples thoughts if there is no official year mentioned.

End of 2031 feels like a safe bet.

If they stick by the 5 year rollout something like this

Tropical Americas: 2027

Monsters: late 2027-early 2028 (just a reskin pretty much. Door coaster is the only really new addition)

Cars 2028

Villains 2029-2030

No one can ever give you a reasonable guess with any accuracy. Dis may announce time lines but they are never going to be accurate because of budget changes, economic changes that may slow down profits, changes to plans, construction hold ups, arising unexpected problems, and any number of excuses that always seem to show up on Disney builds.
We also are thinking of holding off on trips back until the majority of projects are completed unless we decide its worth going with lower crowds despite the walled off areas and construction mess.
There's always... gasp... Uni and Uni Epic.

At the earliest? 2030, 2032 is probably closer to the truth.
