Excalibur

Some of the costumed castle people come out at times during the day and do skits with the kids. In 2015, our daughter was chosen to come up and try to pull the sword out after a lot of the costumed guys had tried and failed. She pulled and the sword doesn't come all the way out, but does come up a good bit. She was hailed as the hero of Fantasyland for the day and it made the trip for her. Was pretty cool.

Oh that's neat! I always give it a try and never move it. I figured it had a hidden cam somewhere and just filmed people trying to pull the sword .

Completely bogus! No matter how many hours I spend at the gym I still can't pull that sword out! Then here comes Little Johnny weighing 72 pounds at four foot nothing, and he pulls it out with ease! This system is rigged! Sad!

And be careful not to let your little sister cut in front of you when attempting to release Excalibur. She may just end up extricating it, in what would've been your turn, and be named "Princess for the Day." While this may earn her three magical wishes, much sibling drama will ensue.
