Ever notice that with all the things that WDW takes out for safety or because of complaints, or doesn't fix because of cost, etc.... That the card readers that take your money or let you into the park always work...

Maybe the folks that handle those items should be given charge of maintenance for the whole place.

Or,

We all complain that those items are to scary and not very disneyish. Then everything will be free............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The card readers aren't really something that break easily and the card machines at the park entrances as well as Fastpass machines break frequently in my experience lol

I've had my moments where the card reader doesnt pick up my card or the finger scanner doesnt quite read my finger ID. Its technology... everything breaks, fails, misreads, screws up, some time. Even the human element ... CM's fail. I'm just happy I get through those danged gates even if it takes several swipes... Get me going on my happy time... I don't know why it is we expect computers to be infallible cause its us failable humans that program them. Sci Fi has us believing that if its techno its better, faster, improved, etc.
