I will be in Orlando for a conference and can only visit the park(s) in the evenings. Does Disney or a third party sell evening only tickets?

There's a $200 after-4pm season pass for EPCOT only, but it's only available to Florida residents.

Some conferences that are held at on-property hotels (including Swan & Dolphin) offer evening-only tickets to their attendees.Nope no such ticket. You would have to purchase the regular full day tickets.

We tagged along when DH went to a conference last year and were able to buy discounted conference tickets for DS and I and then an after 2 ticket for DH. They also sell after 4 tickets. DH was so busy with the conference he only got to come with us on the last night so you may not want to buy them in advance until you can be sure you will have time to go to the parks.

There is. It has limitations and is not available to the general public, but it exists, or used to at least, as I have bought and used them.

Check with the conference to see if they have a booking code to buy the partial-day tickets. I'm going to WDW next month as part of a group event and have access to the convention tickets. Here's the pricing we got, though part of the pdf's filename includes "offsite" so an on-site convention may get different pricing.
After 4pm: $63
After 2pm: $79
Two-day After 2pm: $138
Regular 1-day MYW base tickets are not discounted.
2-day and above MYW base tickets are discounted a bit, and all include a single bonus Water Parks & More option regardless of number of days on the ticket.

2-day: $184
3-day: $264
4-day: $292
5-day: $302
Adding park hopper option appeared to be the same as with a regular-price MYW ticket.

I could swear there used to be a discounted after 4PM pass to EPCOT but I looked online and cannot find any proof so maybe I've finally lost my mind.

It's an annual pass available only to Florida residents. It's not available on a single-day basis.
