Evening Extra Magic Wristbands

I'm sorry if there is a thread somewhere else but I haven't been able to find one. We will be at the World March 15-19 and will definately be taking advantage of the evening extra magic hours. I know you need to obtain wristbands a few hours before park closing but where are the locations in the parks to get the wristband at MK, Epcot, MGM, and AK? Thanks! and again sorry if this is posted somewhere else.

I beleive that the wristband location for the MK is maybe on Main Street, when we were there last summer I wanted to go to E-Ride and a CM told me it was on Main Street near the Firehouse. Sorry I couldn't go into detail, im having a really bad brain lapse today :hammer:

I attended an Extra Magic Hours at Disney-MGM and picked up my wristband just through the gates to the right....

You'll be given a welcome packet upon check-in at your resort, and inside will be a brochure that explains EMH. You'll find out exact locations there to pick them up.

There are several locations throughout the park. Honestly, you probably won't have any trouble stumbling on to one -- just look for the line without an attraction nearby. For what it's worth, I got my bracelet for MK at the Seven Dwarves mine, and the one for EPCOT just to the left of the showcase plaza.

Here's the info, as posted on www.wdwinfo.com

Magic Kingdom...
Castle Hub
Caribbean Plaza
Riverboat Landing
Seven Dwarf's Mine
Timekeeper Entrance

EPCOT...
Main Entrance
Future World East Breezeway
Future World West Breezeway
International Gateway
World Showcase Plaza/Mexico

Disney-MGM
Main Entrance
ABC-TV Theater
Sunset Blvd./Fantasmic!

Animal Kingdom
Main Entrance
It's Tough to be a Bug Fastpass Location
Africa - Harambe School
Asia - Entrance
Dinoland - Near the Boneyard

Are all attractions open for the extra hours or is it more like Eride nights with some rides closed? Just curious as to what to expect for our upcoming trip.

Just like Enights only certain rides are open. Allears.net has listings and I'm sure they are posted somewhere on these boards but I'm a newbie to these boards still so I can't tell you where. Sorry! When are you going? I noticed you were from Illinois also...

There is no specific time you have to get a wristband by. You do not have to be in that park before the EMH start. We arrived at AK when all of the non disney resort guests were leaving. Probably like 530. They were giving out wristbands just inside of the gates.

I live in Dekalb, Illinois and attend Northern Illinois University and I still watch the Illini play. There is no team in basketball that is more fun to watch. Football on the other hand, NIU is the only team in Illinois to have gotten votes in the D1 polls 4 straight years and been ranked as high as 12th in the last 2. =)

Work with a guy here at Eastern that played football at Northern! I'm more of a football fan than basketball anyway.

I'm originally from Harrisburg, Il. which about 30 minutes from Kentucky.

I had to laugh when you say the St. Louis Area is Southern IL., we consider that midstate because it takes us almost three hours of driving north to get there!!!
