From my reading of the article, if the copyright infringement lawsuit is granted, then by 2014 many, if not all, of the Marvel comic characters would be gone from Universal Studios Florida/Hollywood, as would any rights to characters Disney is trying to purchase right now.

Hulk's and Dr. Doom's rides can be slightly modified and shed their Marvel storyline, but Spider-man, not too sure.

Other than what was posted Sunday, not too sure what else more and how much Disney is involved since their buyout just made news.

Disney must not be sweating this if they went through with the acquisition anyway.

From the article, it sounds like they knew this was coming down when the deal with Marvel was being considered.

So either they don't care, or they Disney law team thinks they can squelch the suit.
