Essay for Internship

Hey everyone,

I am applying for an internship with Disney Theatrical Group for this summer. It's for college kids. They want a 2-3 page essay "detailing what they hope to gain from obtaining an internship with Disney Theatrical Group."

I don't really know what they're looking for here-- is this essay about me or them? Has anyone written this essay before who can give me some idea of where to start?

Also does anyone know the chances of getting this internship?
