I heard that they sometimes let you use the FastPass system to get players autographs? This sounds really cool if true.. I really wanted to get Hines Ward autograph.. but theres no schedule as to when he'll be at the park (like which day etc) so who knows.. argH!

I have not done ESPN weekend but I would assume that they handle the celebrity autographs much in the same way that they handle the celebrity autographs at SWW. If that is the case then you MUST have a fastpass to get an autograph. Also it does not work like a ride fastpass where you have an hour window in which to arrive and skip the standby line it is more like an admission ticket to stand in line for your autograph. Again if it is like SWW they will start handing out fastpasses when the park opens and when the allotted amount is given out that is it. Also each guest must be present in order to receive a fastpass. One person can not show 5 tickets and get 5 fastpasses.

Many times you just get autographs by being in the right place in the right time. A good place to go is the ESPN Radio booth (which last year was set up by Rock 'n' Roller Coaster) or you could try the various shows in the ABC Theater (SportsCenter, NFL Live, Baseball Tonight, etc.) Most of the people on stage will sign autographs for a little while after the show. That's how I got the majority of mine.

I'm not an autograph person, but when I was with Simba1 and some of our friends, there were almost no autograph "lines." I didn't get Jerry Rice's autograph, but I did just walk up and talk to him. Karl Malone appeared out of no where (which was actually scary) and Priest Holmes would stop and sign as he walked through the park.
