I believe the Boardwalk Inn itself is fully open, but I don't think the ESPN Club is.

Yes BoardWalk Inn is fully open, ESPN has not reopened.

There has been speculation that ESPN Club would reopen soon (around the same time as Atlantic Dance Hall, which appears to have a confirmed 8/6 reopening, based on the marquee). I would imagine they’d want ESPN open by the time college football starts.

They were prepping ESPN Club while I was there in early July, so I presume soon.

I was at the Boardwalk earlier this month and saw the Marquee on the Atlantic dance hall. But I was there yesterday and they took everything down. So I would say who knows.
