Epstein and Disney World rumors

Disney World is now part of a new Epstein allegation circulating on social media. In one of the emails, Epstein claims he had “special access” to WDW when discussing tickets/reservations.

I think most people on this forum would understand this to mean paid VIP tours, special planning, or even VIP access for wealthy, influential people and celebrities. But sensationalist reporting and rumors are now gaining traction, with mentions of the “secret” tunnels, allegations of missing children at the parks, conflation with the Nickelodeon controversy, etc.

I wasn’t sure where to post this, but it didn’t feel appropriate in politics. I’m hoping we can refrain from making this a political discussion, but a discussion on the actual rumors and addressing them.

Well that's good, as the politics section was shut down. There are ~ 118 "hits" for Orlando in the document dump and there's even a picture at the Crystal Palace... But the majority of the mentions were of marinas, bars, and Adult entertainment venues.

Traction ? Face it, its a public entertainment venue that doesn't screen for criminal records or motivation. They just have a few criteria: You have enough money to purchase admission and you aren't wearing anything too outrageous.

It should be a scandal that Disney pays someone who begged to party with Epstein on his Island and uses his website that openly generates and distributes child abuse imagery.

I doubt there is much to Disney facilitating his criminal activity, but you never know when people are involved. "Special Access" likely just meant he paid to not have to go through normal lines, entrances, etc. Doesn't mean he had some kind of backstage access and got to pick out random kids.

I know there are political opinions galore, but we should be questioning why it took until 2026 to see a lot of this stuff and who released it. "It's not enough, it's been doctored, there is more, X person is in the files, etc." Maybe, but remember not a peep was mentioned or released on Epstein 2020-2024.

Sadly, I doubt anyone will be accountable.

It’s shocking how interconnected he was with celebrities, politicians, royalty, and the wealthy in general. I’m shocked at this point Iger, the board, or other executives haven’t been named, not because I think they’ve done anything wrong, simply because he was so intertwined with big money.

(Prince) Andrew looks to be “disappearing” from public view via other charges but it’s incredibly sad that it does look like Maxwell is going to be the only one actually punished for years (if not decades) of crimes.

It would be silly to think that nothing of the sort could ever happen at Disney but at the same time I feel like if he was regularly snatching up kids at Disney it would get noticed. Children disappearing is the kind of thing journalist live for and would jump all over a story like that.

You do know congress passed a law for the release of all the files right?
It wasn't willingly done, nor have they all been released. Let's stick to the facts.

What did I say that wasn't factual? Also, laws have to be signed by the President.

I only remember 1 person even talking about this and again, we got nothing from 2020-2024. The people releasing having been far more willing (who cares if they are willing) than anyone prior. They were so unwilling, 0 pages were released until now.

To be fair, the law was passed with supermajority. They were gonna override the veto if it was attempted.
