Hello and welcome to another update! As the thread name suggests in a very vague way, there is no canada in this Update! Since it wasn't open, I will feature No, Canada! What I DO have is lots more Muppet Mobile Lab pictures. So enough small talk, here's the Newsstuffs!


-The Star stubble is still on Spaceship Earth.

-I was able to get the last yellow retro Spaceship Earth/Epcot Center tee in Mousegear! Yay!

-Again, there was no canada.

-I caught the Muppet Mobile Lab again, and while it's still great, it got to it's destination, did some quick things, then turned around and headed back early. It seemed to be having problems with some of the EFX. (One time the Confetti wouldn't fire.) It did give a good show though, and if I hadn't known so much about it, I'd have thought everything went fine. Kudos to Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker for being great at improv!

-There was a big Rehab wall in Innoventions West where the Disney internet thing was.

Ok, that's it. Oh, there is one more thing...in this update you will find what I think is the FUNNIEST picture ever to be in one of my updates. Enjoy!

I was at epcot today.. I'm actually in some of these pictures that epcotservo published.. I learned something interesting about MML today.. The improve is done from backstage, but the actual movements of the vehicle are controlled like "push" from an undercover cast member who can be seen in picture seven in the hawiian shirt. He controls the motion, recieves verbal information from someone with a basic ear piece that looks like a bluetooth phone piece and has a transmitter in his pack.. Also I theorize the cast member that wears the labcoat may have an additional camera in her glasses to provide mutltiple views to the operators... BTW.. I was at Mousegears at noon trying to get that damn shirt, had to settle for one of the others.. Anyways.. back to epcot I go.. nice pictures.

Despite the 90 pics of the muppets. I do have to say, that mural for Universe of Energy is pretty awesome.

I hope sometime in the next 5 years there will be an update for that attraction. Actually, I can wait longer. I probably wont go to Disneyworld again for 10 or 20 years...

Some pretty thorough coverage of the MML there! Thanks for the update, there are a few funny pictures of the MML besides 'boy band' (dreamcicle, ha!). I, too, love the old UoE logo.

The boy band comment was hilarious.

But that last shot of SSE was spectacular! I really can't wait to see it in person.

Awesome photos! I love Beaker and Bunsen Honeydew! Thanks for sharing! I never really examined the UoE mosiac thing. I have not been there for a year, but I don't remember seeing the original logo there and I know I had no idea that was a thermal image of the sun and the white one was earth! You learn something new everyday...thanks!:D

Its the first week back for a lot of schools. Not many kids miss the first week.

Uploading pictures isn't very difficult. And doesn't require that much of anything. The captions he does are hilarious, but just to upload pictures for free and quickly, you should check out Picasa. Its a Google owned application that indexes all your photos, has built in transfer from your memory card, and also interfaces with Picasa web albums automatically so you can just click and upload on your photos.

Oh I hope MML is still there in October! Meeting Beaker in my Beaker shirt would be just too good! :sohappy:

Why, thanks! Photo Epson is great. The trick is too only upload like five pictures at a time so it dosen't overload and take forever. The longest part is writing the captions really. It takes about an hour and a half to get one about this size up and running.

And thanks again for the kind words all. I know it's ALOT of MML pictures, but I just want to make sure there's no shortage of pictures of it at Epcot when it leaves. I've just been snapping pictures everytime I can while I watch it, so you can kind of see everything it does.

Thanks for the update and pics and besides the Boy Band and some other funny comments I could'nt help but laugh thinking that Dr.Bunsen & Beaker (not to mention the CM's)must have thought they had a stalker following them all over and snapping a 100 pictures. :lol:
