It looks to me like an oversized sequin.

Actually, this is one of my good friends over at the parks selling this....

He just told me he used a cell phone camera and in coming bids, he will use higher quality....

These are real pieces of the wand, and the money is going for a good cause...

Ya know, when I originally saw that video a few days ago I thought to myself (and said outloud to DH actually) "D***! I'm amazed somebody doesn't have that stuff on e-bay!"

It's not really that long of a commute. :shrug:
