EPCOT Technology

I read this article and immediately thought this is the type of technology that EPCOT should be showcasing in Future World.

Yes, Future World should have those, at least Innoventions for crying out loud. Maybe in a designated area but they should be displayed there. If things were like they were in they day the probably would have them.

Isn't this like a test though. With the cost to expand roads in this way, it just doesn't seem like it would be applicable within any of our lifetimes.

It's still so unheard of that I don't think Disney would put it in.

Yes, they should do something like that, but given the current portrayal of technology at Epcot I am doubtful that it would be considered for years. But I'm always hopeful...

You would think they would jump all over this, they could probably get government funding for it by volunteering to "test" it in a designated area. What better place to test the durability of the product than in a high traffic area like the walkways of Future World.
