When I was there in February they were repairing China and Now in the photos in here, Japan too. Are they done and the screening down?

As of last week, the tarps were still up in both China and Japan.

Japan ends the restaurant refurb in August, who knows when china finished anything.

That's what they do in China when working on a temple... so it is appropriate.
