Does anyone know if there are day-of FP+ drops on Soarin/TT/FEA, and if so, what times they usually drop?

Don't think so. FoP perhaps.

However if park hours are extended for your stay there will be extra FPs released for those hours. However that advice works best for MK, since Epcot hours are rarely extended much, other than for really busy times.
