Epcot for a day

Hi All!!

My childhood bestie and I are planning a trip to Orlando and would like to visit WDW, but just Epcot this time around(we’re going for her first trip to Harry Potter World at universal). If we’d just like to spend the day/night at the world showcase, you still need an admission ticket for the park, right? For some reason she thinks we don’t but I doubt that.

Sounds like your friend is maybe confusing Epcot with Disney Springs. Yes you need tickets to Epcot, no matter what part of Epcot you visit.

Tell your friend that even if you limit yourselves to the World Showcase section of Epcot, there are still rides within a couple of the countries.....and performers too
