Epcot flower and garden festival

I know that there is a flower and garden festival in the spring but are there gardens, flowers and topiaries during the fall months, especially October?

The parks are always well planted, but nothing to the level of Flower and Garden Festival, so really the answer to your question is no.

During the fall, there's the Food and Wine Festival which brings it's own décor/displays:

Not so much flowers/topiaries, but food/plant displays.

It's a different experience!
