EPCOT EMH are restaurants, are WS drink carts/pavillions open?

I can't remember if during EPCOT's extra magic hours, do all of the World Showcase drink carts/stands like the margarita and slush stands stay open along with the various shops? Deciding if we want to purchase an extra day so we can go to EPCOT one evening after the Hoop Dee Doo revue.

We were there during EMH a few weeks ago. The answer seems to depend upon the country. Canada closed up tight following Illuminations. Things appeared to be winding down in the UK and France as we made our way past. Germany was going strong at 10 pm as was Mexico when we rode the boat at 10:30 pm. But many of the outdoor kiosks were closed.

So, does that mean that, if one wants to enjoy a drink while watching (or immediately after) Illuminations, that we'll need to have bought them right before the show? This is something DH and I are definitely planning to do as well, and we didn't really have any plans to hit up any of the lounges (not against it, but if La Cava is doing the Wind Down that night, will they be able to do walk ins as well?)

That'll be your best bet. My typical viewing location is near Norway, and the CM's manning the wine kiosk nearby turn off their lights and start rolling down the covers on the stand as the show is starting.

La Cava's reply to my tweet throws a monkey wrench into my plans.

"@cavadeltequila: @RealDurangoJim currently we don't have EMN because of the After Hours Program. Sorry"

This contradicts what was reported in the disney food blog.

Hmm... so what's the purpose of keeping WS open for EMH if everything that brings in money (other than the Wind Down locations) is closing early due to Wind Downs?

That makes me think twice about finishing out the evening at WS lol. Maybe we'll hop on the monorail and head back over to MK for an hour or two after Illuminations.

On some level, though, it's kinda good that I won't be in a position where I can drink too much too late; we leave for home the next morning ;)
