I am taking the time to write to you about your Customer Service Cast Member Monica who was working at the Epcot Center on 7/29/2010. We had some issues with tickets we had purchased. She sorted our problems speedily ans was kind , helpful and above all, was genuine with us. She gave us a complimentary fast pass ticket which allowed us to go on your brilliant Soarin ride without having to wait long!!
She even saw us 6 hours later in her own time at the World Showcase area and said hi which showed she remembered us! Myself and my family would like to thank her and we hope this feedback gets to her.
