Epcot Annual Pass

My birthday is coming up, so I know I'm going to Disney to redeem my free ticket! I just realized that you're allowed to upgrade your free ticket to one that is more expensive. Because I live in the Orlando area, getting a $70 discount seems like a very good deal.

One of the passes I was considering was the Epcot after 4 Annual Pass because of the fact I'm a busy college student, I have at least some work to do over the weekends most of the time, and it would be cheap. All of the other APs from WDW come with complementary parking. Does this one?

If not, in only five visits the cost of parking would overtake the cost of the ticket (because of the upgrade discount), and that almost makes me want to go for the upgrade to a seasonal instead.

Also, what are your impressions of the Epcot pass? Is three hours too short to quickly enjoy your favorite rides in future world? (EDIT: I just learned the major attractions, Mission: SPACE, Soarin, Test Track, and Spaceship Earth usually remain open past the closing of future world, so I guess I have more time.)

As far as I can tell, neither the EPCOT After-4 AP nor the Florida Resident Seasonal Pass have complimentary parking.

I'm a seasonal passholder and from the current 2009 booklet, it says:

Florida Resident Epcot After 4 Annual Pass
Guest with a Florida Resident Epcot After 4 Annual Pass are entitled to admission to Epcot after 4:00pm during normal operating hours (excluding special events require separate admission charge) and does not provide the ability to visit multiple Theme Parks on the same day.

The Florida Resident Epcot After 4 Annual Pass is available only to Florida Residents. Proof of Florida Residency per adult is required to purchase a Florida Resident Epcot Afer 4 Annual Pass. Block-out dates apply. Theme Park Parking is NOT included.

Can't only guests of the resort park there? I thought that was a hotel.

EDIT: You're right! Stupid me, I just had to check the official WDW site to find that out. Thanks a lot!

I've been a FL resident my whole life, and made regular trips to WDW since I was 3, and I never even knew that there was a second entrance to Epcot!

I can't speak for the Boardwalk, but parking at the Yacht & Beach Clubs can be restricted to resort guests during peak times. As of December, you have to show your resort ID card to get into the lot even when stopping at the gate house (not just when using the card slot lane). In the past we didn't need to show the card to the CM in the gate house.
