EPCOT 2032
We can't change the mistakes made in the past, so we have to keep going unfortunately. Epcot is a fantastic park… but there's no denying that parts of it are either outdated or just outright bad.

Imagination Pavilion
Easily one of the less popular pavilions at Epcot, it's time for Disney to go back to and give it the proper work it needs.

Journey Into Imagination - is finally given the proper refurbishment it needs. With enhanced scenes, animatronics and the return of Dreamfinder.

The Dream Lab Featuring Walt Disney Imagineering - taking the place of ImageWorks, Figment has invited Disney Imagineers to showcase their latest technology and ideas to showcase. This will become the permanent location of a similar "Blue Sky Cellar" that Disney had at DCA years ago. I think Imagineering needs to be showcased somewhere, and Epcot is the perfect place.

Dreamfinder's Hot Air Ballon Twirl - this might be a controversial choice, but I think an Imagination pavilion needs a lot of kinetics, so a flat ride located in the exterior can provide additional energy to the area. This is essentially a more steampunk-inspired version of the Zamperla Hot Air Race Ballon flat rides (ala Emotional Whirlwind at DCA)

Figment's Test Kitchen - located on the 2nd floor of the pavilion (where DVC lounge currently is), a new (no reservation required) lounge is home to Figment's food & beverage creations serving unique options.

While I prefer Muppet Vision to return to the Sunset Showcase theater at DHS when Villains Unhappily Ever After run is done, I'm leaving Disney options with moving here it temporarily or permanently. (Other option is some sort of Inside Out theater show)

Not listed on the map, is an outdoor popcorn vending cart that offers a unique variety of flavors for people to try. (And for Disney to test which ones are popular and relocate elsewhere on property).

An additional pathway is created that links the pavilion to World Showcase for easier access.

The Land Pavilion Refurbishment
The current pavilion lacks interest in the interior with no kinetic energy or interesting design. Feels like an outdated mall. To fix this, a simple aesthetic overhaul that makes the area greener and more lively. Plants are added to create an indoor garden with plant motifs on the walls and throughout.

The pavilion will also feature a new show that will be more interesting (and yes, more "IP" included).

Exploration Pavilion
Rather than focusing on a niche offering (like Space), the pavilion will include a broad set of themes like Technology, Space and just about anything that can fit under exploration (gives Disney an opportunity to shove any IP they want). Ideally, this new pavilion will feature a new Horizons dark ride and a space-themed attraction that is more family-friendly.

Outside the pavilion, is a copy of Shanghai's Jet Packs flat ride is featured.

Space 220 remains.

Mexico
A new Coco dark ride replaces the existing Gran Fiesta Tour with significant modifications. First, the show building is expanded to accommodate additional track in the expansion pad between Mexico & Norway. Second, a new ride entrance is built to the right of pavilion with a new queue entry and expansion to the building. The station is relocated to the new building and the ride is adjusted to move in the opposite direction instead so it can still start off as it floats through the pavilion first before heading into the proper attraction.

Brazil
Located between China & Germany, Brazil is added with a tropical rainforest exterior that expands inside with its featured Table Service Restaurant providing a similar vibe to Blue Bayou and San Angel Inn. A new amazon-themed boat ride is featured. Waterfalls and thick jungles provide WS with much needed shade and kinetic energy via water movement.

A counter service location is located with festival favorite Pao de Queijo and Caipirinha.

Switzerland
The Alps are, fittingly, added between Germany & Italy with a thrilling Matterhorn bobsled roller coaster (not a 1:1 of Disneyland's). Most of the space is utilized for the attraction (with it utilizing some of Italy's and Germany's space as well. The rest of the pavilion offers Swiss food & beverage. You can probably find a Swiss watch maker to help finance or sponsor the pavilion.

India
A completely indoor pavilion where the exterior is themed to the Agra Fort. Inside you will find a mashup of Indian architecture and vendors. A Jungle Book attraction is located here.

Spain
The smallest pavilion at Epcot, Spain is added between Morrocco & France (fittingly) with a waterfront restaurant serving Tapas. A theater featuring a film similar to Impressions de France is included here as well. (Could be replaced with an museum/exhibit as well.

Festival Booths
With Epcot now hosting festivals nearly every day of the year (and most booths permanently stationed), Epcot needs more proper space to host these festivals. I propose several "festival centers" that can feature these booths in out of the way locations that don't disrupt traffic flow. On the map I've selected two - one between the Italy & America pavilion and between the Canada & UK pavilion. Note, that I left the special events pavilion as Disney will probably do everything it can to avoid expanding here.

This would definitely change the aesthetics for the World Showcase. But it would probably be worth it, because it's needed more attractions since the beginning. There is just not enough to do in it, unless you love to drink alcohol and eat overpriced small portions.
